Can I tour the facility before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage tours. Please call ahead to schedule a tour between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. For the safety of our guests, we do not conduct tours during peak feeding or rest times. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
What if my dog gets sick or injured?
Our staff is trained in pet first aid. If your dog requires veterinary attention, we will first attempt to contact you and your emergency contact. We will transport your dog to their regular vet if nearby, or to our on-call emergency veterinary partner.
Do you separate big dogs from small dogs?
Yes. During group play, dogs are separated by size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.
Can my dogs stay in the same suite?
Yes, dogs from the same family can share a suite. We offer a 15% discount on boarding for the second (or third) dog sharing the same accommodation.
Will my dog be left alone at night?
No. We have staff on-site 24/7. There is always someone monitoring the facility, ensuring safety, and providing late-night potty breaks if needed.
